Join the mission to bring a next generation helicopter to Cornwall with the Runway Runaround. This year you can register to run 10km, at night around the historic RAF St Mawgan runway. Join us to celebrate the RAF’s 100th birthday, the RAF St Mawgan’s 75th anniversary and of course fundraise to help us save lives in Cornwall.
Don’t fancy running but would like to help in another way? We’re in need of volunteers to help marshal the event! If you can spare any time please give us a call on 01637 889926 and ask to speak to Sarah.

Based at RAF St Mawgan, both runs will take you on a journey through time as you pass vintage aircraft hangars, watch towers and historic bomb stores on the 75-year-old runway.
During the evening 5km you will have the opportunity to walk, jog or run the route. The ground is level and mostly concrete making the route suitable for everyone.
Once the sun has set and darkness falls the 10km run will begin. Ideal for runners of all abilities, head torches will be required for the dark runway route.
Please note that the night-time run won’t be suitable for ages 16 years and under, or dogs.
