Once again, the Lions Club of Looe are holding the Coast and Cove event and for 2019 have arranged a challenge for every ability and, in addition to the walking routes, there will be a new half marathon run for 2019.
- 10 mile circular east of Looe route
- 25 mile circular east of Looe route
- Festival Walk to Polperro (5 miles or 10 miles if you walk back)
- Family Fun Day to Polperro (5 miles)
- 13 mile circular west of Looe route including half marathon
Half Marathon – The longer of the two Sunday routes has been designed to be a half marathon and support will be given to entrants wishing to run the route. The entrance fee is £15 per person.
In addition to having a great time on this beautiful coastline, we are raising money for the Cornwall Air Ambulance which is a life saver for those who live and visit Cornwall. There is no minimum level of sponsorship, but we would be very grateful if individuals/teams could raise what they can for this worthy cause. To find out more about fundraising and to request a fundraising pack, contact Sarah Walker on firstname.lastname@example.org.
