The Martin Jennings Memorial “Rolling Run” is taking place on Sunday 13th September 2020 and is being held in aid of Cornwall Air Ambulance.
Due to the current restrictions of COVID-19, there will be no official starting location of finishing location to maintain social distancing. This is a run that will be continual with bikers joining the run at various locations on route, and dispersing at the end.
Bikers are reminded to bring and wear face masks where required, and to observe the social distancing rules, while waiting at locations to join the run.
The route has been adapted, so there will be no lunch stop or gathering at Beacon, where bikers usually stop to pay respects and hold a minutes silence for Martin Jennings, who sadly passed away competing in the 1987 Manx GP and all other bikers that have died on the roads in Cornwall.
For those wishing to take part please visit The Martin Jennings Memorial Motorcycle Run, Facebook page for further information, and details of the route. David Saunby the organiser of the memorial run, has asked that all those taking part, or for those who would like to make a donation do so, by using the JustGiving page https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/davidsaunby1
