South West Water celebrate fifth year of charity giving

South West Water is celebrating its fifth year of a charity partnership with Cornwall Air Ambulance.

The company makes an annual donation to the lifesaving helicopter service, which over the last five years has totalled more than £28,000.

The water company, which works across Cornwall and Devon, also supports Devon Air Ambulance.

Becky Moran, Media & Campaigns Manager for South West Water, said: “Our support for charities is guided by decisions taken by our staff.  We are delighted to support the great work of Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust who provide such a vital service to the communities we serve.”

Stephanie Bray, Corporate Fundraising Officer for Cornwall Air Ambulance, said: “South West Water has donated a huge amount to the charity in the last five years- so I’d like to thank them for their support. It’s great that they recognise the important service that air ambulance charities provide and we hope they continue their partnership with Cornwall Air Ambulance for the next five years.”
