The Cornwall Air Ambulance BIG HELi2 Raffle Terms & Conditions:
The cost of each entry is £1. Players may purchase more than one entry, and payment must be made in advance. The maximum number of entries in this raffle for an individual is 50. Raffle tickets cannot be purchased with a credit card, debit cards only. This raffle is only open to residents of Great Britain (this excludes the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands). Cornwall Air Ambulance volunteers can play in the raffle, however staff and family members of the same household are exempt. Players must be 18 or over; we do not accept entries from people under the age of 18. To enter the online raffle an entrant must self-certify that they are the required age to play and that they have accepted the rules of the raffle.
The prizes for the BIG HELi2 Raffle are: 1st prize £2,500 cash, 2nd prize £500 cash, 3rd prize of £250 cash. There are ten runners up prizes of £25 cash. Based upon the number of entries in our 2022 Raffle which had six prizes to win (1st Prize: £2022, 2nd Prize: £500, 3rd Prize: £250, Runners up 3 x £100) the average chance of winning a prize for a single ticket was 1 in 4,647. Of the £27,887 received in ticket sales in 2022, 12.7% went on expenses, 11% on prizes, and 76.3% plus an additional £5,566 in donations came back to Cornwall Air Ambulance to fund our work.
Please return all monies and forms by Friday 20th September to Cornwall Air Ambulance. The raffle will be drawn on Friday 27th September 2024 and will be conducted using a random number generator. The results of the draw are final. Winners will be notified in writing within two weeks of the draw and will be paid by cheque. We may ask winners for a quote and/or permission to use their details to help promote future raffles. We will publish a list of winners’ surnames with their county/city of residence on our website. Winners can request not to be included within this list. The winners list will be available on request by phone 01637 889926 or email enquiries@cornwallairambulancetrust.org.uk. Any monies received after the raffle closes will be treated as a donation.
