Running miles, saving lives

Rob Hosking (pictured above) is just one of the runners who’ll be pounding the pavements of London, Plymouth and Southampton this weekend in marathons and half marathons to raise money for Cornwall Air Ambulance.

The super fit supporters have been out training in all weathers over the past few months as they build up to the big events. If you see them running in their Cornwall Air Ambulance vests, please do cheer them on to help coax any aching muscles over the finish line.
